1. Returns

- Products can only be returned if they arrive damaged.
- If the product is damaged, it can be returned and a replacement product will be delivered.
- No product return is accepted for any other reason.
- Products will not be accepted for return after 3 days of delivery.

2. Refund Policy

- Return of money is not available under any circumstances.
- No cash refund or bank refund will be provided.

3. Exchange Policy

- Only colour exchange is available, subject to stock availability.
- Product must be unused and in original condition for colour exchange.

4. Payment & Opening Policy

- Customers are not allowed to open the package before payment is completed.
